Ingredients
1 ½poundsground beef
1eachoniondiced
1each green bell pepperdiced
15ouncescanned corn1 can
29ouncestomato sauce1 large can
30 ouncesdiced tomatoes2 15 ounce cans
⅓cupbrown sugar
2 ½tbspsoy sauce
1 ½tbspWorcestershire sauce
1tspsaltto taste
½tbspground black pepperto tast
½tspgarlic powder
2cupselbow macaroniuncooked
1 – 2 cupsbeef broth
Instructions
Press the SAUTE button on pressure cooker. When hot, add in the ground beef, onions and green pepper.
Cook until beef is no longer pink. Drain grease if needed.
Add in corn, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, brown sugar, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Add uncooked macaroni noodles on top, then pour beef broth on top of macaroni. DO NOT STIR. Press down the macaroni so that it is all covered in the liquid as much as possible.
Place the lid on top of the pressure cooker and make sure it is set for sealing.
Set pressure cooker for 4 minutes.
Do a QUICK RELEASE of the pressure when the timer is done.
Remove the lid and stir everything together.
Notes
The noodles will continue to absorb the liquid as it sits.
