We found this recipe in a cupboard. Not sure where we got it but will try them for Christmas!
No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 cups white sugar
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup cocoa
- ¼ stick butter
Instructions
- Add above ingredients in large pan; boil for one minute
- Quickly add ½ cup crunchy peanut butter and stir until melted
- Add 3 cups quick-cook oatmeal and stir until well covered
- Quickly drop by teaspoonfuls on waxed paper
- Let cool and enjoy.
