Slow Cooker Chicken Noodle Soup

- 3/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1 inch strips
- 2 medium stalks celery, chopped
- 1 large carrot, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
- 1 box (9 oz) frozen baby peas
- 1 cup frozen home-style egg noodles
- Heat 10 inch skillet over medium heat until hot. Add chicken and cook until browned, stirring frequently.
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker except peas and noodles.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 1/2 to 7 hours.
- Stir in peas and noodles and cook on low for 10 minutes or until noodles are tender.
