Crock Pot Cheesy Potatoes
"Fluffier than the shredded cheesy potatoes. for added zing, I like to use the "O'Brien" variety of frozen hash browns that comes with bits of red pepper and onion in it."

Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 10 3/4 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in large bowl
- Spray slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray
- Turn ingredients into slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 5 to 6 hours
